Come catch up with everyone and see how their summer was while enjoying a hot drink and some treats. Meet the many new little ones that are a part of our group now. Discover some new tips and tricks to surviving twins.

**Bring a copy of one or two of your favourite (and easy) recipes. We will compile them, and mail out a package of new recipes to you. A great, easy way to enjoy new foods at home!

We’re having our regular monthly meeting on Sunday, May 3rd from 10am-noon. I’m not sure if anything other than a social has been planned. Bring outside clothes for the kids too as there’s a playground nearby.

At the next meeting the speaker will talk about anxiety and how twins
are impacted. Separation from parent or caregiver, separation from the
other twin, preschool entry and anxiety from separation to an
occassional caregiver (babysitter).
You will receive a copy of the book “The Kissing Hand.” The use of
specific coping methods will be discussed. Bring your tips for other
parents to use. Hope to see you there.

IN WITH THE NEW, OUT WITH THE OLD” Social

In lieu of the cancelled January meeting due to snow/sleet/slippery
weather, we decided to keep the theme!

Sunday, February 1st 10:00 - 12:00 a.m. at MFRC Jericho site (please see
our website for more details of the location)

Are you inundated with `too much stuff’ because of all the new
Christmas goodies? Sift through your toys and clothes and bring items
you want to give away to the twins’ club. At the meeting, families
can exchange items and decide which `new’ gifts they would like to take
home with them. The remainder will be donated to a charity.

There will be tables set up where you can spread out your gear!

Our wonderful University Hill secondary students will be helping again
with the little ones with various activities, including arts & crafts,
dress-up and reading so the parents can concentrate on choosing new
items and chatting about the holidays.

An evening for the moms to meet, eat, relax and socialize without their
little ones.
